Throughout the Week - Encounter Groups
Encounter Groups are meeting throughout the city on various evenings during the week. Get involved and get growing by being a part of an Encounter Group close to where you live.
February 26, Sunday - Baptism
During our Sunday AM Worship Gathering we will be having a time of baptism. This is an opportunity for those who have made Christ the Lord and Savior of their life to go public with their faith. Speak with Kerris Wright if you're interested in taking this next step in your spiritual journey.
March 4, Sunday - Encounter Brunch
One of the best ways to get to know others better at Encounter is to share a meal together. On March 4 we will be brunching with our Encounter family in place of our normal Sunday AM Worship Gathering. Everyone is asked to bring a breakfast dish to share.
March 9-10, Sunday - PLACE Workshop
PLACE is an intentional process to connect each of Encounter's Partners into a ministry. Through the PLACE assessment, Encounter's Partners will discover that God has created and gifted them with a unique capacity to serve others. Be sure to be involved in this Friday evening (6:00-9:00 PM) and Saturday morning (9:00 AM-12:00 Noon) workshop. The cost is $8 per participant and will take place in the cafe area of our facility. Email grinem@insightbb.com or visit the Information Table this Sunday to sign-up. What you discover will help you be more effective within the ministry of Encounter Church. Partnership is a prerequisite for this workshop.
March 18, Sunday - Quarterly Partners' Meeting
