Leadership Team
Encounter’s leadership structure is based upon a team of committed individuals who desire to fulfill the calling that God has placed on their lives. The Bible identifies many team ministry structures that were used in the early formation of the Church as found in the New Testament book of Acts. Each leadership team member has defined roles within the church according to their giftedness and passions.

Michael Boehm

Family: It’s been an incredible joy being married to Maren since 2001. Our first son, Pierson, was born in April 2009 and our second son, Thatcher, was born in November 2010.

Kerris Wright
Main Area of Focus: Worship and Creativity
Family: Krista and I got married in 2000. We stay busy raising our three children, Addey, Kerry III and Kain.
My Other Job: I work for Starbucks Coffee as a shift supervisor.
